What about security issues? Can other people see my accounts or watch what I’m doing with my transactions?
We use the best available technology in security, firewalls and encryption. Also, if your Mr. OnLine session is inactive for more than a few minutes, the session will “time out”, requiring to enter your account and PIN again before continuing. As an additional security measure, Mr. OnLine will only accept three (3) invalid PIN attempts before locking the account out. We advise you not to share your PIN with others, or to keep it in any place readily accessible to others.
I’m asked to select answers to security questions. Why do I have to do this?
The security questions are further protection against unauthorized persons accessing your account.
Can I download my account data to my personal financial software?
Yes. You can download information to Quicken®, Microsoft Money® or CSV format. Simply click on the “Download Transactions” link located on the left side of the screen when you are in Mr. OnLine.
How far back does my transaction history go?
History began accumulating on March 2, 2009 (the day of our data processing conversion). Any history in the system before that date is no longer available in Mr. OnLine. However, from this point on, history will go back at least one year, often longer.
If I transfer information to another member’s account, can they see my account information?
No. Only persons with authorized access can retrieve account information.
Are there restrictions on Mr. OnLine transfers as there are on other electronic transactions?
Yes. Federal Regulation D limits transfers from each of your Savings Accounts made through Mr. OnLine to a maximum of six per month. However, you may make unlimited transfers from checking.
Are there any dollar limits on transfers done through Mr. OnLine? Are there any accounts I can’t access through Mr. OnLine?
Yes. For security purposes, there are maximums. Additionally, there are some accounts that are only informational and some that will only accept deposits/payments. If you are unable to perform a transaction, please contact us at (714) 577-8454 and we will be happy to assist you.
